Immediately after graduating from law school, Mr. Roos worked as a law clerk for the Baltimore County Circuit Court. During that time he gained insight into the factors the court considers compelling when making a decision. He also worked directly for insurance companies and now works hard to use his experience to help those injured on the job or through no fault of their own.
